Cancellation Policy

At Rhythm and Radiance, I value your time and mine, so I kindly ask that all appointment changes are made with care. • Cancellations or Reschedules: Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows me to offer the time slot to another client. • Late Cancellations (Less than 24 hours): Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will incur a 30 % fee of the scheduled service. • No-Shows: If you fail to show up for your appointment without prior notice, the full cost of the service will be charged. • Late Arrivals: If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be canceled and treated as a no-show. I understand that emergencies happen. If you need to cancel due to an unforeseen situation, please contact me as soon as possible so we can discuss options.
